NARUTO Episode 51-52

I honestly got pissed watching these episodes. Everything which happened could be put in one episode and still have room. In the last 5 episodes, almost nothing happened. They could have made it action packed and adrenalin rushing instead of a stare-contest. The animation is not bad and such, but omg this is fudging slow. I honestly can’t stand that drama theme anymore. I’m longing to hear the conquering panflute theme again. I expected so much more from shippuuden, the first Naruto seasons were so much better, damn even those dreadful fillers had a decent pace. Kishi you seriously have to go talk to those animators!

5th Hokage

Tsunade, or Granny Tsunade as Naruto would call her, is one of the three legendary Sannins that was trained under the 3rd Hokage, also known as Sarutobi, along with Jiraiya and Orochimaru. Unlike Orochimaru and Jiraiya, she has incredible super-human strength and a bad temper to go along with it. Tsunade also happens to be the grand daughter of the 1st Hokage. She is a spontaneous person who loves to gamble, even though she is horrible at it and always ends up losing.

Her grandfather died fighting a great war when she very young, and everybody in her life that wished to become Hokage in the future, like her brother and boyfriend, also ended up dying. So she goes along traveling the world, with her student Shizune and Pig Ton-Ton, borrowing money from banks and loan-sharks to gamble and lose it.

4th Hokage

The Fouth Hokage was the one who used the Shinigami technique to seal the spirit of the Nine Tailed Fox inside of Naruto. He could not have sealed the Kyuubi into himself because the Kyuubi’s soul could not be contained by that jutsu. The jutsu is designed to take both the caster and the target’s soul and entwine them inside the shinigami, to battle for all eternity. Kyuubi was too strong and would have gained strength while in hell until it was strong enough to overpower the gatekeeper and escape.

And so The Fourth Hokage designed the seal on Naruto to transfer the soul he ripped from Kyuubi’s body into Naruto. The seal on Naruto slowly drains Kyuubi’s Chakra and infuses it with Naruto. And as Kyuubi mentions to Naruto, if Naruto is to die, the Kyuubi is destroyed, with no chance of escaping.

The Fourth Hokage was also know as the Yellow Flash. He was called this because of his technique "The Flying Thunder God", which was more or less a teleportation jutsu like the Body Flicker jutsu.

The Fourth Hokage had not been hokage for very long before sacrificing himself to save the village. Evidence of this can be found in the Kakashi Gaiden series, as Yondaime isn’t wearing his cape, and he wouldn’t be leading his team on a mission if he were hokage at that point already. At that time, Kakashi was about 9-10 years old (Kakashi had stated that "I was younger than Naruto when I became a jonin", and he was not yet a jonin at this point). At the beginning of the Naruto series, Kakashi is about 26 years old, so subtracting 12 (Naruto’s age at that time) means Kyuubi attacked when Kakashi was about 14 years old. So at the very most, the 4th could only have been hokage for 5 years, though it was probably even less than that.

3rd Hokage

The Third Hokage is the Hidden Leaf village chieftain. He would probably have retired as Hokage (highest ninja position) of the village twelve years ago had the Fourth Hokage not sacrificed himself in order to seal the Demon Fox. He’s now quite old, and he mostly does administrative jobs like running the academy, assigning missions to the ninja teams, and other such tasks.

The Third Hokage is the one who recognized and explained to Iruka about Naruto’s behavior, that it was an affirmation from the village that Naruto was alive, that he existed, and that he can be a contributor to the village.

The Third Hokage was killed while using a forbidden jutsu called Sealing Jutsu Shikifuhin Reaper Death Seal in an attempt to kill Orochimaru in episodes 79-80. Although he failed, he did take away the use of Orochimaru’s arms so that he may never perform a ninjustu ever again.

2nd Hokage

The Second Hokage is the younger brother of the First Hokage, Shodai. He, along with his brother, founded the Hidden Leaf Village. After Shodai stepped down from being Hokage, Nidaime became the next Hokage. He has very powerful water jutsus (even when there was no water). Some of his attacks include Water Dragon Blast Skill, Water Formation Wall, and Water Wave. He was Sarutobi (3rd Hokage’s) main teacher.

When Orochimaru resurrects Nidaime and Shodai, Kin Tsuchi houses Nidaime’s soul. After being turned into a killing machine, he fights his former student. Sarutobi finally places a seal on both him and Shodai that their souls go to the "belly of death" which no one can escape.

1st hokage

The first Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village is extremely strong. Shodai, and his brother Nidaime (the 2nd Hokage) trained the current Hokage, Sarutobi (the 3rd) to what he is today… though they both died early in their leadership leaving Sarutobi to train himself.

One of the Jutsus that only Shodai knows is Forest Genesis, where he feeds his chakra to the surrounding plant life making them large and strong and to trap his opponents.
